What GIDAF is

A framework, not a slogan

GIDAF organises the journey from first vision to lasting value into five clear sections. Each section answers a different question, and together they form a complete, repeatable lifecycle.

Most methods help you plan or deliver. GIDAF carries one thread the whole way — from seeing a vision clearly, to stress-testing it, to building the value that proves it, to renewing it for the next cycle. It works at the scale of a person and the scale of an enterprise because the underlying moves are the same.

About the Author

Gideon's mission is to help people, leaders, and organisations discover, develop, and release uncommon value to the marketplace through vision-powered living.

GIDAF was developed from over fifteen years of experience architecting and delivering complex systems across banking, telecommunications, IT consulting, and education — grounded in the belief that the same disciplined thinking that drives enterprise transformation can also be applied to personal life design.

His work brings together enterprise architecture, leadership, personal development, organisational transformation, and faith-inspired principles into a practical pathway for sustainable value creation. It is shaped by real-world delivery, lessons learned, continuous learning, recovery experiences, and a commitment to helping people and organisations unlock greater value.

The gap he set out to close
